My next assignment is to compose an essay in which I contrast james Baldwin and Zora Neale Hurston as writers. I don't know where to begin. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. The assignment is due next Tuesday I think I'm going to get started ASAP

Only the first essay was returned so far, I didn't do so hot 76%. She commented, " Your commitment, conviction and faith as expressed are inspirational. You are successful in expressing them, but run to together sentences weaken your writing. this is unfortunate because you have much to say and your ideas are thought- provoking.
