University of Delaware SLED

University of Delaware Second Life Educators

For faculty & staff creating educational learning experiences, highlighting research, and sharing ideas on the UD islands in Second Life.

Welcome to UD-SLED!

This site is for those using, interested in using, or supporting virtual worlds in education. While we are open to all virtual worlds, at this point in time we are more specifically focusing on Second Life.

We will place announcements here for the UD-SLED campus user group along with other Second Life events, both in world and in real life, to highlight promising Second Life projects. Please share your ideas, SL experiences, photos and recommendations for sims to visit.

We hope that you will use this site to:
* Share your SL experiences with others
* Share your ideas for new projects and collaborative opportunities
* Blog about your SL projects or upcoming events in your areas of interest
* Form a group with others from all over the world in your area of study in SL
* Recommend interesting sims to visit.
* Share your photos

When uploading your images, please tag your SL images with Second Life in the tag line provided.
